Ghanaian Referees to handle Morocco Vs Libya game

A quartet of Ghanaian officials has been appointed by CAF to handle the CAN 2017 qualifying match between Morocco and Libya on Friday, June 12.

FIFA referee William Agbovi will be the man at the center of affairs and will be supported on the flanks by David Langer from Accra and Dawood Ibrahim from Upper East. The quartet is completed by Wa based Seidu Bomison for the CAN 2017 qualifier in Morocco.

Fourth official for the game, Seidu Bomison, called for God’s guidance and protection ahead of the game on friday.

“We are praying for God’s guidance and protection from everybody back at home” Seidu Bomison told Sportscrusader.com from their base in Morocco.

Morocco was initially banned from the next two edition of the continent’s greatest football show piece, after boycotting the 2015 edition for fear of Ebola.

The game is scheduled for Friday, 12 June 2015 in Morocco.
