The youth organizer for the national democratic congress NDC) in the Okere constituency in the Eastern region, Mr. Daniel Adu has said they will pull more votes for the party in coming 2016 general election.
According to him, the NDC has the capacity to win majority youth in the constituency.
Speaking on Rite Fm’s morning ride on wednesday, Mr. Adu stated, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has disappointed the youth in the Okere constituency after they voted massively for the party in the 2012 general election.
He said for the past twelve (12) years, there has not been any major developmental project initiated by the past and current Member of Parliament in the constituency.
He noted that, for the past eight (8) years they have not seen any youth group kicking against the ruling national democratic congress (NDC) in the Okere constituency because of the constant and concrete measures put in place by the executives in the constituency to see the development of the constituency. He reiterating that they are hopeful for victory in Okere.
