Mr. Richard koffie a poultry farmer in the Asougyaman District has said that, the farmers in the locality needs capital and other inputs to support the poultry farming industry.
He spoke to Rite news in an interview noting that, the poultry farmers in the district cannot afford poultry feed because the prices are too high.
According to him, they could have buy more maize to prepare the poultry feed but since the prices are high, they cannot afford to buy them it in large quantities.
Mr. koffie also lauded that, they cannot see any improvement in the business due to the erratic power supply in the country.
