Mahama, Togo President tour disaster areas

Togo President, Faure Gnassingbe is in Ghana to commiserate with the nation, after an explosion at a fuel station in Accra killed more than 90 while several others died in floods on Wednesday.
The two presidents have already been to the accident site at Circle and the 37 Military Hospital where scores of the charred bodies are being kept at the morgue.

President Mahama addressing the nation on Thursday announced so far, fatalities from the explosion at the GOIL fuel station and the floods have reached 150.

Several properties amounting to millions of Ghana cedis were also destroyed.

Heads of most of the West African countries have been commiserating with Ghana ever since the incident occurred.

The President has also announced 3 days of national mourning for the victims, while GHc50 million support fund has been set up for victims and families who lost their loved ones.
