“Our ancestors cultivated palm plantation, cocoa and cereals in large quantities which enriched Ghana’s export and foreign exchange earnings,” Dr. Teye Mensah revealed.

“Our youth of today has lost focus and it’s time to help them get back to their root which was the source of wealth of our fore fathers.”

. He cited that the first Eastern regional minister Hon. Korboe was a great farmer and it’s time the youth learn inspirations from him.

He also advised the Krobo youth to take advantage of one of government industrialization policy programmes, planting for food and job to rejuvenate the passion for agriculture among Krobos.
