On Easter Monday, the 22nd of April 2019, Rite FM executed its annual Easter program dubbed ‘FEED & CLOTHE THE NEEDY’. This year, we collaborated with the Agape Church in Somanya to make a difference in the lives of the needy through feeding, clothing, and other forms of support.
It was an amazing atmosphere. A clear and sunny weather rid of rain. Present were mothers and fathers seated and some finding their way to their seats, excited children, and PWDs, expectant of what the day had to offer, the eager to serve Rite FM staff, the warm and welcoming Agape church, the exciting music and lastly, the inviting aroma of the food. I still miss the taste of that amazing Jollof dish. ‘Ah! Jollof no dey party no dey ampa!’
With smiles as wide as the pacific and grateful hearts expressed in the children’s joy and happiness, Rite FM and the Agape Church couldn’t ask for more. Stay tuned for more updates of yesterdays Feed and Clothe the Needy Program.
