End of Tenure: Deputy Local Gov’t Minister Commends Assembly Members For Good Services

Hon. Augustine Collins Ntim, deputy local government Minister and MP for Offinso North constituency has advised the various MMDAs to emulate the shining examples of peace and unity between himself, and his DCE Hon. David Kwasi Asare Boakye “Adwuma Wura”, as well as their Assembly Members for the non-partisan nature in which they discharge their duties.
Hon. A. C. Ntim noted that, every district that lacks oneness among the MP, Chief Executive and Assembly members ends up under developing; therefore urging all devoid of one’s political affiliation to fully support the projects and programmes of the President Nana Akuffo Addo led NPP government to make Ghana a better place for living.
The deputy Local Gov’t Minister made this disclosure in an interview with Rite News correspondent Nana Kwadwo Adu at the last general meeting of the Offinso North District Assembly which brought the Assembly to a dissolution.

The 37 membership assembly was made of 24 elected, 11 government appointees, an MP and the District Chief Executive .

For his part, the outgoing Presiding Member and Assemblyman for Man-kranso electoral area, Hon. John Kwame Ameyaw was glad for a successful 4 year tenure and assured to work hard for the progress of Offinso North.
The District Chief Executive, Hon. David Kwasi Asare Boakye “Adwuma Wura” as he is called thanked all the assembly members and technocrats in the district for supporting him and his MP to chalk the numerous successes which makes Offinso North outstanding in terms of development.
