A one point five million dollar Research Centre to work out how to use water to manage agricultural challenges has been inaugurated in Accra.
The Centre known as International Water Management Institute will also help improve agricultural production in the country.
A Minister of State at the Presidency, Akwasi Oppong-Fosu who performed the ceremony believes the institute will turn challenges in the water sector into opportunities.
