The Akuse Police Commander ASP Francis Acah has advised people living in self-contain houses to always make sure all doors in the house are locked and properly locked.
According to the assistant superintendent of police, they have realized from observation that, people living in self-contain houses are mostly attacked by robbers because they do not lock their inner doors in the house.
Asp Francis Acah noted that, when the main door is locked living the inner doors unlocked, the robbers get free access to the rooms because, they now use blocks in breaking door.
He therefore urged people in the self-contain houses that, when they are leaving home or going to bed, they must make sure all the inner doors are locked well.
