Celebrated hiplife /hip hop music superstar, Guru has been vindicated by the organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
His manager and C.E.O of NKZ Music, Richard Amankwah aka Ray Moni ahead of the VGMA revealed that if the organizers were going to be fair by using voting to determine the winner of every category, then Guru was going to win all his categories.
Guru, who knew impenetrably well that he was going to be sidelined by the organizers of the VGMA,also took to Twitter and predicted the outcome of the Awards .
Guru, whose major revelation in his tweets was when he stated candidly that EL was going to win the coveted Artiste of the year Award whiles Bisa would also be compensated with the most popular song of the year Award.
Vindicating Guru,the organizers of the VGMA truly crowned EL with the coveted ‘Artiste of the year ‘award whiles Bisa also won the most popular song of the year award.
Guru ,who was nominated in two categories namely,Hiplife song of the Year with “Pooley Swag “and Hiplife/ hip hop artiste of the year ,lost both categories to EL.
Many showbiz players and some Musicians have constantly Postulated that Guru’s inability to win awards at the VGMA is orchestrated.
Can the vindication by the organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards justify truly that Guru’s inability to win Awards at the VGMA is being orchestrated?
