The Federation of Association of Ghanaian Exporters (FAGE) will on Monday the 16th November, 2015 open the Global Gap Conference at the Fiesta Royal hotel in Accra to deliberate for exporters to know the law binding the export system in the country.
In view of this Rite FM spoke to the chairman of the National Technical Workshop Group and Mr. Anthony Sikpa who said there are laws binding the exportation of fruits and vegetable and there is the need for the industry players to be aware of the conditions hence the organization of the conference on Monday.
He explained that participants from the Ivory Coast and Nigeria as well as officials from the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MOFA) will also be educating the exporters on directive fruit and vegetables.
