AKUA DONKOR DENIES COCOBOD BOSS SACK

The founder and flag bearer of Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), Akua Donkor has threatened to get Dr. Stephen Opuni, Chief Executive of COCOBOD, fired from office.

According to reports, Madam Akua Donkor was asked to go for money from Dr. Opuni as part of her daily routine in the Mahama government but unfortunately could not receive the payment due her.

A statement released by the National Coordinating of the Crusaders for Change, Hopeson Adorye, indicates that, Akua Donkor face turn red as she vowed to sack Dr. Stephen Opuni.

Relating to this issue, Rite News had an interview with Akua Donkor who denied her threat and vow to sack Dr. Opuni from his office.

According to her, she was praising the good works of President Mahama in a chat with COCOBOD boss revealing to him that Ghanaians do not appreciate the good and wonderful works the president has done.

She stated that, concerning farmers indeed, she questioned him on how poorly he treats farmers whenever they visit his office especially when they leave their villages only to get to Accra to be ignored. “He does not treat farmers well”. She stressed.

She therefore appealed to the Chief Executive of COCOBOD, Dr. Opuni to take good care of farmers because Agriculture is the Back Bone of the Economy therefore, NO FARMERS, NO GHANA.
