Rite FM commended for making agriculture its priority

The Acting Youth Organizer for Ghana National Association of Farmers and Fishermen (GNAFF), Nana Opambour Bonsu has commended Rite FM for making agriculture its priority, in terms of dedicating its services to the cause and developing Agriculture.

According to him, Rite FM stand tall among other radio station in terms of developing agriculture in the country.

He said, in the past, it was very difficult to get information about the weather, how to get access to Agric extension services and even general information about agriculture was not available to farmers, but with the emergence of radio stations like Rite FM, farmers now have general knowledge on how to go about their farming activities as well as having access to extension services is enhanced.

Nana Opambour said this, on the Agric Forum on Rite FM on the topic World Radio Day and its contribution towards the development of Agriculture.
He remarked that, the time is due for stakeholders to recognize and awards Radio Station like Rite FM that is playing the advocacy role for the development of agriculture in the country.
