Rice farmers plead with gov’t to help them clear their stock

Most of the rice farmers say they have excess rice ready for the market. However, they are unable to find markets for their produce.

Rice farmers in the Volta, Upper East and Northern regions have called on the government to help them sell their produce.

Most of them say they have excess rice ready for the market. However, they are unable to find markets for their produce.
