Revolution to hit Ghana Football – Kudjoe Fianoo

By Rite Sports desk:

Chief Executive officer of Ashanti Gold FC, Kudjoe Fianoo has hinted that Ghana Football will soon experience a new transformation; Rite Sports can reveal.

The GHALCA chairman believes there are so many factors affecting Ghana football hence the Black Stars’ inability to win an AFCON after 35yrs, adding that there must be a revolution in Ghana football.

According to Mr. Fianoo, “When we were looking for favorites for the 2017 AFCON, he was not sure any pundits thought of the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon and to make matters worse, eight of their players rejected calls to join the trip to Gabon. This according to him, did not discourage the local FA who were bold enough to take the young players to the tourney and have proved all odds wrong.

“In this modern age of football, if you don’t invest you will not get results, our local league is nothing to write home about and until we put the right structure in place and stop how we run football like a political party, you are either for us or against us because it will take us nowhere and very soon I can assure you there will be a revolution in Ghana football,” he said.
