Rehabilitation work on Adomi bridge to be completed by October 2015

The Rehabilitation of the Adomi bridge at Atimpoku in the Eastern Region will be completed and opened to traffic by October this year.

The 12.9million euro project began in March last year.

President Mahama yesterday paid an unannounced visit to the bridge and interacted with the workers.

The 60 Ghanaians who have been engaged in the rehabilitation work were dumb founded when they saw the president.

The site Engineer, Patrick Frimpong, briefed President Mahama on progress of work.
