Police await forensic results to confirm charge against alleged ‘human meat’ seller
Police say it is awaiting a forensic examination results to determine the charge against a woman who was arrested yesterday on suspicion of selling human meat at the Adabraka market.
The Gt. Accra Police PRO, ASP Afia Tenge in an interview said the forensic test was required for confirmation of the accusation against the alleged seller.
Meanwhile, the traders at the Adabraka market have decried the matter has taken a heavy toll on their market as they risk losing their customers aftermath the incident that occurred at the Adabraka.

A trader in her early forties arrested by some traders at the Adabraka Market and handed over to the Adabraka Police on suspicion that she was selling human meat is under police investigation.
The trader was accosted by some angry traders who suspected her of selling human meat.
According to the traders, the lady who was carrying a tray with some pieces of meat, started behaving strangely when she was confronted and asked what she was selling.
Efforts to get her disclose her source of ‘human meat’ proved futile, forcing them to drag her to the police station.
