The renovated pack house will have a receiving bay, a well design and constructed various compartment, dining room and other sections. The total cost of the equipment and the park renovation is about forty-seven thousand Euros (£ 47,000).

He also noted that the pack house will be of good use especially to the fresh produce industry because their fruits must pass through a pack house before it can be exported. It will also reduce the quantity of mangoes which get rotten on the sea due to the high breeze.
