The former district chief executive (DCE) for Yilo Krobo, hon. Christian Kofi Tettey has expressed satisfaction with the improvement of agriculture in the municipality.
According to him, mango farming has put Yilo Krobo on a high map in terms of agriculture. Hon. Tettey made the comments yesterday in an interview with Rite FM News at a forum, organized for farmers by the municipal assembly in collaboration with USAID.
He said, the assembly should also focus his attention on other crops that are been cultivated, adding that road networks should be improved so that, farmers can have free movement.
Hon. Kofi Tettey therefore advised the municipal chief executive (MCE) to come out with decisions that will not bring adverse effects on the assembly.
