Contrary to what Kumawood actress Kyeiwaa’s father said about the daughter not knowing that the man at the center of controversy, Daniel Osei, aka, Akwasi Bronya,was not married, her rival Florence Kyei says otherwise.
“I know Kyeiwaa knew my husband was married. She knew it. I mean I am a woman and I’m sure when a man drops hints, I should be able to read meaning into it. Even if she does not know me personally, I am sure the man might have dropped a hint or two.
“So I don’t believe that Kyeiwaa had no idea that my husband was married,” she said in an interview with Amanda Jisih on Hitz fm on Tuesday.
On Tuesday morning, Kyeiwaa’s father, Nana Appiah Kubi told Kwame Adjetia on Neat FM “Entertainment Ghana” that his daughter had no knowledge that Akwasi Bronya was engaged in a twenty year old marriage.
“How could Kyeiwaa know that the man is someone’s husband and still go ahead to marry him? May be the man hid something from her,” he fumed.
He added “So if someone says this is a disgrace to Kyeiwaa I don’t understand. If the man was truthful to my daughter and she still went ahead to marry him, then you can say it is a disgrace. It is the man who didn’t tell my daughter the truth so if there is any disgrace at all, it is the man who has been disgraced not my daughter”.
