Countries like Burundi, Liberia, Dr. Congo, Sierra Leone, Israel, Gaza, Ivory coast, Afghanistan, amongst others have suffered developmental setbacks through coup d’états, and elections in many countries have sent millions to an untimely graveyard through violence and wars.
During war outbreaks, children, women and the aged become the most vulnerable and the effect registers an indelible imprint in us all, let us rise now to fight violence before violence fights us.
Our dear country Ghana needs the unification of all, irrespective of ethnic background, political affiliation and religion to foster development. An eye for an eye will indeed one day make the world blind, let’s all gear up to say NO to Violence to sustain peace in Ghana.
As we approach November for the polls, Ghana should be put first, let us remember to safeguard our women, children and the aged and together we can build a nation full of hopes and development.
Say NO to violence now! Save our children and our women now for a better Ghana.
