“I Don’t Have A Relationship With My Father”- Ahuofe Patri

Sensational Actress Priscilla Opoku Agyemang popularly known as Ahuofe Patri always gets emotional anytime the issue of her father comes up.

It’s no secret that the “Boys Kasa” actress was raised singlehandedly by her mother. It will be recalled that Ahuofe Patri broke down in tears on national television the first time she had to speak publicly about her father.

“Growing up was difficult I am the only child of my mum and my mum gave birth to me when she was a teenager and was abandoned by my father. for all of the 24 years in my life, my father has not been there for me and now I feel I don’t need him now. Father issue is very sensitive, especially now that I am growing and I really don’t need him”, Ahuofe said on the Delay Show about two years ago and it appears nothing has changed as far as her relationship with her father is concerned.

Ahuofe Patri has stated during an interview on the “Total Showbiz” segment of Okay FM’s “Ekwansodwoodwoo” drive time program on Wednesday April 5, 2016 that there is no relationship between her father and herself but she denied reports that she hates her father.

“I never said I hated my father but I don’t have a relationship with my father”

Asked if she likes her father, Ahuofe emphasized that “I don’t have a relationship with him” .

Priscilla admits that her father wants to be part of her life now, but it is difficult for her to come to terms with that idea. She added that all of a sudden having to have a father playing that role is all new to her. She expressed optimism that she believes he is not expressing interest in coming into her life now due to the fact that she has become a star.

Ahuofe Patri was born in March 1991. She is a Ghanaian actress whose performances on a comedy skit on YouTube dubbed “Boys Kasa” with comic Actor Kalybos, shot her to fame. She is a graduate of National Film and Television institute (NAFTI). Aside “Boys Kasa”, she has starred in movies such as “Kalybos in China”, “Amakye & Dede” and yet to be released “John & John”.
