The Ministry of fisheries and aquaculture is working hard to improve upon the awards for the fisher folks at the upcoming farmer’s day celebrations to be held at Bolgatanga in the Upper East region.
Member of the Planning Committee of the 2015 Farmers’ Day celebrations, Mr. Francis Twum Boateng revealed this in an interview with Rite news in an interview on Thursday. He explained that the ministry has vowed to make the wards more attractive because the fisher’s folk did well by through their efforts at feeding the nation.
He added that all fishermen should have faith in the minister because his ministry was working hard to ensure that their welfare is enhanced.
