Eastern Regional Director of Food and Agriculture, Mr. Fred Gyebi Twum, has advised farmers to develop love and desire for their chosen work of farming. Mr. Gyebi who was speaking on Rite FM advised farmers that the only way of fully reaping the effects of their work was developing the love and desire for their chosen profession of farming and account for the work they do.
It isn’t all about the love for the work as Mr. Gyebi equally urged farmers to love and corporate with each other as well as engage in a cordial relationship in order to produce to meet the demand of all the critical processes which is termed as value chain.
