The Ashanti Regional President of Ghana National Association of Farmers and Fishermen, Rev. Kojo Nkrumah has said that, farmers are demanding for the immediate release of the government subside fertilizer to groom their crops.
He noted that, this the time the farmers will need it for their maize before they harvest in this farming season.
Rev Nkrumah speaking to rite news said, the application of the fertilizer will help them obtain great yields of maize for this season noting that, the farmers cannot enough nutrient in it.
