‘Women are mostly seen working on their skins through the use of shampoos, lip sticks, lip gloss, eye lashes amongst other creams,’ she pointed out. All these according to her if not properly selected to suit a type of blood group may greatly affect skin color, balance and tone since some of these creams contain bleaching agents which she cautioned could result skin cancer.

She blamed the influx of several dangerous skin products on the Ghanaian market on the failure of the relevant authorities to ensure that only safe products were imported into the country.
