Four months to mark two years after the disappearance of the Ghanaian hiplife icon, Theophilus Tagoe also known as Castro, many Ghanaians especially fans of the celebrated star are still harbouring hopes that their icon would resurface someday, sooner or later.
‘Da Destroyer’ as he was popular known in hiplife circles disappeared on the 8th of July, 2014 when he went jet-skiing on the Ada estuary with a female acquaintance and the two have not been found ever since. Despite this, rumours continue to emerge every now and then that Castro is alive.
One of such pundits who believe the ace hiplife star is still alive has revealed that Castro was happily living in Takoradi. King Shyron made the revelations on Rite FM’s Okwanso Anigye with Papa Attitude on Friday, a show produced by Nana Adu Danso.
The Obaa Tiwa hit maker and a very close friend to ‘Castro Da Destroyer’ said that Theophilus Tagoe was alive and residing at Takoradi in his residence with the lady he disappeared with, Janet Bandu. To buttress his point, King Shyron emphatically stated that he visited Castro just last month where he even dined with him and Janet and that things were being put in place to formally outdoor the missing star.
Castro who started his musical carrier in the early 2000s, was consistent in the music industry till his mysterious disappearance. King Shyron therefore entreated fans of Castro not to despair but watch out for his second coming in the music industry because he is coming out with big surprises which will blow their minds.
Asked when all of this should be expected, King Shyron said this should take place within the next few months when Castro steps out for the whole world to see him, reiterating that Castro was alive.
