Be Patience to the President – Council of State Member

Eastern Regional Representative of the Council of State and Apedwahene of Kwahu Traditional Area, Nana Mireku Somoah Nyanpong lll has urged Ghanaians to exercise patience to the government to enroll its policies promised Ghanaians during the 2016 General Election campaign.

Nana Mireku paid a working visit to Yilo Krobo Municipality in a company of Mr. Kweku Antwi and Mr. Alex Agbo, his Special and Political Assistants respectively.

The team from the Council of State were received into the Municipality by Hon. Ebenezer Tetteh Kupualor, Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Wisdom Apiasah, Presiding Member of Yilo Krobo and Mr. Christian Kofi Tettey, head of Port Security.

According to Nana Mireku, the government has put in place measures to make sure Ghanaians get the needed development in the country.

He mentioned one district one factory and urged Ghanaians to take advantage to produce more to feed the local industries.

He further stated that the operation planting for food and job policy should also be taking serious since it will enhance food security in the country.  The Kwahu Ansakraka chief cautioned parents and the entire country to take the Free Senior High School policy serious since education is the key to success.

Nana Somoah  Mireku Nyanpong III  used the opportunity to  visit the Yilo State School, the Yilo Krobo Senior High School and the Mount Mary College of Education.

Mr. Ebehekake Ebenezer, the Assistant Headmaster of Yilo Krobo Senior High School complained for the abandon of the school’s dormitory and classroom projects due to lack of funds to complete the project.

Nana Mireku Nyanpong lll has assured he will submits his observations to the appropriate authorities for solution.
