Avram Grant’s post holiday time-table revealed

The Ghana Football Association have revealed the schedule of Black Stars coach, Avram Grant on his return from his break.

Coach Grant took a 10-day holiday to visit his family after the African Cup of Nations 2015 in Equatorial Guinea.

According to Communications Director of the Ghana Football Association, Ibrahim Saanie Daara, the Ghana coach would spend a few days in Europe before resuming normal duties with national assignments.

“After 10 days, he (Avram Grant) will be back at post in Europe where he would watch four matches in a space of four days,” he said at the launch of GN Bank’s sponsorship of the Division One League.

“He will then return to Ghana and observe four First Capital Plus Premier League games before joining the Black Satellite (the national under-20 team) for the Africa Youth Championship (from March 8, 2015 to March 22, 2015 in Senegal) ,” he noted.

Avram Grant led the Black Stars of Ghana to win silver at the 30th edition of the AFCON. Ghana were beaten by Cote D’Ivoire on a 9-8 penalty shootout.

The Black Stars are likely to play two friendly games in March even though the opponents are yet to be confirmed by the GFA.
