Mr. Attah who made the remarks in an interview with Rite FM Morning Show host Captain Adabuga, attributed this lapse to the lack of adequate logistics, delay of funds from Central Government for proper monitoring and supervision, lack of adequate staff, and technical staff being forced to play multiple roles which should not be the case.
